• Proof of Purchase: Provide your order confirmation and receipt (airway bill) for returns or exchanges.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be processed promptly.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exceptions: Final sale or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Alert Note: Returns and exchanges are only accepted if we send you the wrong, defective item, or an incorrect size compared to your order.
